i’ve been sick, which is unpleasant, but it’s given me an newfound appreciation for simple things, like:

peppermint
lemons

the first day off the fast i consumed…
1 avocado
1 fuji apple w/ peanut butter
1 pain au chocolat w/ hibiscus tea
1 cup of split pea soup
1 bowl of steamed spinach with lemon & soy sauce
3 puffs marijuana
1 glass red wine
1 bowl of oatmeal with raisins
1/8 dill pickle
1 spoonful of ice cream
….in keeping strictly with the fast instructions!
