Long-Awaited Baby Boomer Die-Off To Begin Soon,... →
(via jayparkinsonmd) “Our nation must steel itself for one vast, final orgy of Boomer self-obsession as we are hit with a bewildering onslaught of magazine pictorials, hardcover coffee-table books and multi-part, Motown-soundtracked television specials looking back on the glory days of the 1960s…”

Lightweight SMS'ing with Jakob
jakob lodwick: The Wall might be some falsehood deep in your subconscious; undoing it might be a release more than a revelation. It might be meaningless when articulated because its demise is simply a decongestion.
ben dickinson: I think you have hit the nail on the head. It feels like I'm blowing the nose of my subconscious
jakob lodwick: We spend our lives building up a model of the universe, adding layers constantly, making sense of the new in terms of the old. The farther back in time a knot, the more faulty conclusions have been built upon it. If you don't give up, you will inevitably untie it.
ben dickinson: your model is quite useful and right in line with what my own insight has been telling me. thank you for the encouragement!
